Yonge Street south of Dundas was closed to traffic and an outdoor, artificial hockey rink was set up by Smirnoff Ice (official cooler of the Maple Leafs) to host a game featuring Leaf Alumni such as #19 Bill Delago and #24 Dan Daoust. The weather has cooled considerably lately and a few degrees colder and they could have set up an actual ice rink.

Smirnoff Ice wanted to launch the first Maple Leafs game of the season - tonite against Montreal in the ACC. Here they throw down the puck for the first faceoff.

The crew starts to take apart the rink after the game. I loved the little 'Zamboni' they used to clean the plastic ice.

It's time to get the skates off and sign some autographs. Here are #15 Mark Boutette, #9 Stewart Gavin and #4 Mike Pelyk.
