After managing to shift the pounds through a combination of exercise and diet, the 40-year-old star is sharing her secrets in her new DVD Clare Nasir's Boot Camp.
Nasir, who now presents the weather on London Tonight, admitted she was compelled to lose weight after seeing unflattering photographs of herself working out in a bikini last July.
With the help of personal trainers Elia Siaperas and Dee Thresher, Nasir overhauled her eating plan and started a combat-style workout to shift her weight.
