Toronto windmill stops spinning

Update May 1, 2011: Windmill is back in operation, lights burn brighter.

The large 91m Windshare windmill in the Exhibition grounds, installed in December2002, has stopped spinning as the bearings have given up the ghost and currently wait for replacement. These blades have nothing to do with the Toronto green power generator, but you can see the windmill working in my shot here.
